Gail Pierce - Executive Advisor
Gail brings more than 30 years of executive-level experience in corporate management, high-stakes sales, and comprehensive event execution to Pierce Events. Her leadership is defined by a rare blend of C-suite corporate insight and dynamic on-the-ground event expertise.
Executive & Corporate LeadershipGail's corporate foundation was forged over 23 distinguished years with G. D. Searle & Company in Chicago, where she served as Executive Assistant to the Searle family leadership (including William and Daniel Searle). Her responsibilities extended to assisting Donald Rumsfeld during his tenure as company leader. Following the company's acquisition by Monsanto, Gail transitioned to the field, advancing through pharmaceutical sales, sales training, professional relations, and District sales management. In this capacity, she was directly responsible for planning and executing countless large-scale corporate meetings and incentive travel programs across the country. Her extensive pharmaceutical management experience also includes roles at Endo Pharmaceuticals and Fleming Pharmaceuticals. Event Strategy and MarketingGail's career began with event creation, developing impactful retail promotions and events for Lancôme Cosmetics. She then moved to Media Broadcast Sales with WWSW Radio (3WS) in Pittsburgh, where she worked with a wide variety of clients to develop effective marketing campaigns and special events. Education & AffiliationsGail holds a Master's Degree from California University of PA and currently serves as an executive adviser for special projects. Shaun Pierce is an experienced event producer and marketer. He has produced many large-scale events, concerts, and festivals/
Shaun has a background in major event production, including events in Pittsburgh and nationally televised concerts. He possesses industry expertise and has held leadership roles, including with the International Live Events Association (ILEA) and as part of the Live Nation team. Colleen Eannarino -Events Director
Colleen serves as Events Director and has extensive experience in corporate events, marketing, sales and medical seminars.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Pittsburgh and has gone from part time event assistant to full time director. She began her career in medical and pharmaceutical sales and has assisted in numerous conferences, grand openings and special events for multiple client Colleen joined us from Three Chord Talent Agency. She currently oversees production and staff management for key clients in a 7 state region as well as special projects and events.  |
